Hi BP community, I'm relaying what I put on my FB page as a way to get input from friends/family on a logo design,  my intent for posting it on BP is two-fold.1) most importantly, get a sense for the potential to try and link non-profits that work with crisis, transitioning, temporary housing with investors/landlords/property managers who may have unutilized / underutilized units that they can put somebody up for a few days to a few months.

ThanksDaveSounds like you are letting the contractor make renovation and design decisions for you.  

Its a designated opportunity zone and there are multi-families there to pick from.

It's not essentially designed for real estate so especially with capitalizing renovations and such having a professional help out will keep from a big fee for cleanup work at tax time. 

I currently live in Los Angeles but would consider Midwest options.I appreciate any advice or recommendations to achieve my dream of working in real estate on the design/construction/build side.Thanks,Ashlea

Brand new builds still need to inspect for construction and design issues and as you get into older age buildings then lots more things to watch out for.

Believe it or not, the U.S. tax system is filled with loopholes designed specifically to benefit real estate investors.

For me that meant figuring out how I can find offshore talent to handle my property management, bookkeeping, interior design, everything.

Also, there is no "Jr" designation, so it seems like its a little unclear.
