Opportunities/mentor ship for career change

Hi,

I’m looking to make a career change and am looking for a mentor and potential opportunities. I have spent the last 7.5 years working in operations, physical retail, and workplace strategy, with over 5.5 of those years as a program/project manager. One of the 7.5 years was spent supporting the launch of 6 new fulfillment centers (~70k sq ft) across the US. Additionally, I have remodeled 2 condos and flipped 1 house from across the country.  I currently live in Los Angeles but would consider Midwest options.

I appreciate any advice or recommendations to achieve my dream of working in real estate on the design/construction/build side.
