Just yesterday we recieved another email from the 'former' president stating that he is "re-nouncing" his resignation as well as the VP and coming back...My question is: Given all the rules, regulations, by-laws, (etc.) that dictate how an HOA board operates...Can they resign and literally change their minds two weeks later no bubbles no troubles?

thanks everyone.I sure have a lotto learn.Like I said earlier for right now I am going to make sure her insurance is adequate.If it makes a difference I would say the houses are worth 100-110 thousand a piece.So around 1.2 mil worth of rentals.Her house is worth around 500,000 with 200,000 mortgage.

They are a little more expensive to purchase initially, but once installed they can easily be rekeyed in literally under 10 seconds per lock and they cost nothing to re-key.
