I've continued to read books and listen to podcast about the real estate game, but it's time to start doing! 

I got into real estate really when I was running longer distances, back when I was getting to the point of marathon running and I explored some large properties and listened to books as I ran for hours.

Howdy BP Community,I am fairly new to BP, so sorry if this is a basic question.I recently listened to BP podcast episode 336 interview with @Robert Jones, and fell in love with his BRRRR-like strategy of taking an owner-occupied mortgage, living in it for a year and a day while improving the home, then renting it out and moving to a new owner-occupied mortgage home.My questions are:I would like to use this strategy, but what is the minimum amount of time I could live in a home before renting it out?

Listening to Bigger Pockets gave me courage to go after first deal and had been watching local market, which is rural and very limited in inventory.

At a meetup, someone told me about bigger pockets and haven't stop listening to they old podcasts in my car, and home..  

I Have listened to almost every podcast and read many of the Bigger Pockets books.

Listening to the real estate radio guys podcast yesterday they brought up a great point I felt relevant to share:-How you treat people and handle situations in a time of crisis is invaluable for building trust, relationships, and loyalty which will come back to you in spades in the future.
