We installed engineered hardwood floors, painted the kitchen cabinets, installed new countertops, backsplash, underneath cabinet lighting, tile in bathrooms, new light fixtures, and furnished the studio.

The hardwood has light scratches in lots of places, and the walls have some holes from last tenant painting etc - but there was no major damage.

No lights, gates, and I think no cameras. 

A near total renovation including flooring, lighting, outside of wall plumbing, and paint significantly improved the livability of the home and the prospective rental income.

Business can be moved to a new location as the greenhouses are able to be relocated (after the development option is green lighted, for example.)

The vacant unit will need a light/med rehab to get it rent ready. 

We did new paint, 20 year warrantied commercial vinyl plank flooring, new counters, painted cabinets, new appliances, new light fixtures, painted the basement, among others.

Get a really bright light and look. 

Hardly any lights worked and it honestly felt a bit like a horror movie.
