@Bryan DavidsonI agree with Russell.First you probably will need to get an attorney and there goes well more than $600.This is “chalk it up to learning” and next time ask for receipt and photos of what was done for the repair

You need to learn all the ins and outs related to your business.

This is surely the best place to start networking and learning.

I learned about the Bigger Pockets community from a fellow soldier that has a few properties while serving full time in the military. 

When you encounter someone who is where you want to be in commercial brokering tell them you want to learn, not that you want them to be your mentor.
