Hello,

I'm a Realtor. My plan when I became a realtor was to buy two doors per year for 10 years. Then, at 20 doors start getting them all paid for. Then, when they were all paid for, retire. Well, I'm nine years in and only have two doors. I feel like I have some catching up to do and I think Bigger Pockets and this community is the right place to learn how to do it.

Thanks in advance for adivce,

Franklin

P.S. I'm actually about an hour and half east of Fayetteville, AR in a town called Harrison. Population about 14,000. But Harrison wasn't one of the location options.
