So the question is: Should we just wait to see if the last bid gets rejected?

I have my first investment property. 2 Tenants (boyfriend/girlfriend) signed a 2 year lease with first, last and security.

I'm always last priority or maybe they are running out of money, but for whatever reason, their communication, organization, and follow through are the worst I have ever experienced in business.

I work at the DTO site in Waterloo right now and actually just applied for the Finance Development Program last week.

The house being sold, was last lived in on November 6, 2014 by us/the owner.  

Over the last 6 months we have been talking more and more about diversifying in real estate, and the safest and most obvious way for us to jump in is to access our equity through a refi.

The best situation is for the new management company to take over after the last rent collection period, even if it is before the 30 day notice period has ended.  

Next I want to find me a mentor that can teach me, and lastly, I want to make sure my finances are taking care of.  

I have about 2 years left on the lease, but I don't want to wait until the last minute, so I'm starting my research now.
