hi my name is angel rico and new investing I just bought my first house I used hard money to purchase it this was a short  sale I got it for $67k tax roll has it for $118,115 and it takes to rehab it $35k the ARV  it's $149k my problem is that I didn't ask for a rehab loan and do only one single loan I been trying to get a Loan to do the rehab but no one is willing to take a 2 lien on it I try to wholesale to and nothing I do appreciate any help I could get any ideas don't have the funds to do the rehab thank you God bless all of u on BP
