I would like to setup a joint venture for a buy and hold property
Hello group,
I have a deal that I would like to joint venture. My plan is to get 4 friends to split a $25k investment for a 50% interest in the LLC that we will use to hold the property. With this split of this rental property each investor is projected to receive a 15 to 20% yearly return on investment from rents. I plan to give them all of the property depreciation as well. Does this seem like a good setup?
