Hi,I have a property in Norwood, Ma I'm looking to flip, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good GC for the job.

I have a stable job making around 70,000 with good credit.

I have access to $20-$30K for downpayment etc. 800+ credit score, a good paying job, and need to find a local REI friendly lender to not only lend money but perhaps even lend advice on best ways to get my 30K to work for me.Property under agreement is in Des Moines proper but I will be looking to buy in the surrounding communities to the south as well (Indianola, Norwalk, West Des Moines, Carlisle).I could go to a big bank and finance this first house but I would like to start a long term relationship now.

I'm also not sure if I were to get a job working under a broker if they would even allow their agents to manage properties on the side.   

This helps ensure the contractor stays with the job for quick completion. 

That is all you need, you do not need 2 attorneys to do one job, you do not need a loan officer or real estate agent since that would most likely kill your deal.

I currently hold an 8-5 regular technician job in Clinton, but have the flexibility to work my 8-5 as well as REI.

He has around $100k he's looking to also invest in real estate and a stable job he's maintained for 20+ years.

I found another full time job and will have 10 days in between the two jobs.
