You should have given them proper notice and if they weren't out in time, evict them.

Take any country, at any point in time and look at the correlation between money printing and inflation....it's the same at any point in time.

In time you will save money if you live in your means and will be able to buy another.

As a beginner, that will be difficult as they likely know more than you at this point in time.

Glad you figured out it was time to walk away in time- and thanks for sharing, it certainly has educated me in what might go wrong!

But in time we will se for we all run into hurdles and it's not how big the hurdle is that should be in your mind but what is the solution to that perticular hurdle.

That is key as to whether you'd be able to do a short or long form, which does make a huge difference in time and effort.
