Please help. Tenant asking for an insane relocation fee.

Tenant sent this today. Their rents is $950 each. There are two who live in our back units. This is a triplex, and I live in the front. They are asking for a 25,000 relocation fee. 90 day notice has been given for them to move out since we just bought the property and family is moving in. They are due to move out August 31st.  Can I do anything about this? He is asking me to commit fraud which is illegal. The relocation fee is also ridiculous. Please help!

I would wait till lease runs out and give them zero relocation money.

You are already being way too generous and and I would back out of this deal if possible.
