@Loan Tran I actually reached out to a couple agent/investors from my area that are on BP here and they opened their own brokerage together so it made things easy for me haha.

I guess if a seller were truly motivated to sell their home they’d make it very easy to be contacted.

Usually if you're talking about existing PVC pipe you can just as easy put in a new flange, glue in or rubber gasketed.In all cases, yes the flange must come up in height to fit level to (or, preferably, just on top of) the new floor.
