Does the designation help in building networks or being looked upon more favorably by lenders?

Does anyone know what the magic search terms are or what designers have plans available? 

What this means is as a landlord I can drive to my rental property with my gun unloaded and in a case designed for use as a firearm case, separate from ammunition and when I get to my property, when I get on my property I can load my gun and carry it on my property.
