I am under the impression that FHA required repairs, even if the appraisal amount exceeds the price per the loan, can be negotiated with seller.I believe my realtor benefits from the higher price of the sale and is thus not being earnest with me.

Hi,In light of all the craziness due to Covid and rent moratorium, I was wondering what the percentage of rents collected are these days compared to pre COVID. 

I've also worked with smaller credit unions that can close a self employed person in 22 days...pretty impressive but certainly there are good lenders out there who can do it.  

Just wanted to collect as much info as I can first.
