I've been using onerent.co and I've been extremely disappointed by the customer service: they send you automated emails asking questions (e.g., tenant renewal), you answer and never hear a response back.

Without considering both, it's easy to do something that might save you $1000 bucks on your taxes but cost you $3K a year in extra time to implement.We've had an accountant for two decades, but we only recently engaged a bookkeeping service to help us build and implement the daily financial management systems that lead to better, more strategic financial decisions.Man, do I wish we had done this from the start!

I thought this was an awesome idea, as automated alerts can provide a deal to look at while I'm waiting in line at the store or, ahem, dropping the kids off at the pool, as opposed to mindlessly scrolling through Facebook or Pintrest looking at that neat shelf I'll never build or my friends' latest rants about their opinions.
