My last look at Consumer Reports had Bosch taking the top 3 out of 5 spots (if I remember correctly).

Ideally, someone who specializes in real estate.

The thought of repositioning is ideal of course; but most of the time a 500/mo building is also it the wrong neighborhood.

We've been offered $35K, which is an easy way to make a quick $11k on the deal, but this isn't our ideal strategy. 

I can't remember what size the panels are in my duplexes but I doubt they can handle that additional load. 

But ideally Id like to rent multi family.

Remember that you are just trying to start and that there are many deals and years left. 

I deal with Isabella and she and that company are the only people I have dealt with that have your interests in mind.

They seem to handle vacants and potential flips which is not what I am into, so I don’t have any experience with them.Lastly, remember that Alex Cooper (and any other auctioneer) are esstentially seller’s agents.
