I've been living with my parents and I am planning on getting an FHA Loan to purchase my first home.

A follow up question I had was, does the tittle and deed need to be 50% in each partnership name ( 1031 investors and new investors) or can a new joint partnership be created with each group as 50% each owner to hold the property?

I am looking to purchase a home with my sister in CA. 

I checked with a couple of  architects, both of them preferred to take a bigger project.

This strategy has been able to help homeowners get out of situations and mortgages they can no longer afford.

If pressed, I would only offer "we made a business decision", but even that is going to prolong a conversation you would prefer not to even have.  

I don’t know this market specifically to make that assumption but in my market if you’re buying a 2-4 unit property the seller might leave 1 units it vacant for owner to occupy but there’s usually not totally vacant property.

A homeowner can pull building permits on their own property.

Currently I like the idea of having long term rentals for my future, but I really enjoy managing my place and think that I would enjoy doing property management as I would get to help others make money and help find a home for future residents.

If you are looking to have anonymity of ownership, they passed a Federal Law requiring LLC owners to disclose their ownership of the companies they control to the federal government.
