One needs a good bit rehab and houses in that area of NC are now going for 280k and renting for $1200 with comparable sq ft.

We have been talking to a few property management companies and all of them seem to have astronomically high fees and very tenant friendly management agreements. 

This is all of course contingent on ADU's being a good idea in the first place.Please let me know what you think about ADU's.
