I have seen numerous smaller banks post their foreclosures on their own sites.

You can put in location on your phone, for example i have my house listed in there, home depot, and some job sites.

Since the same article placed on multiple sites eventually makes all articles less valuable to search engines, many people now "spin" articles.

I must confess, I thought this topic would garner a lot more interest....Surely there are folks on this site who are effectively using private lenders for loans of 5+ years to finance your buy-and-hold rentals?
