Duplex for $350K Cash
I am a first time real estate buyer and am looking to get a duplex to start out with. It would be located in California, and i found a nice duplex for around $350K. I was thinking to just pay cash for it, to avoid any loan hassles. But my Question is, if i pay cash for it,
Can i apply for some kind of Home Equity Line of Credit, or even Finance it, after i pay cash ?
my credit is pretty good around 700 btw.
Thanks.
