But you do need to inform them of the change or better yet have the current manager send a letter informing the tenants of the change and then the new manager follows up with their own letter and you do nothing : )   Your managers should know how to handle this.

If they have been decent tenants, granted you are taking the word of the seller, I would prefer to keep a tenant in place especially if the will handle the rent raise.
