I recommend you spend EVERY available minute reading, researching and networking with active real estate investors in your community via REI MeetUP groups, associations, etc. 

I would love to sit down will some experienced  people and or find some groups in my area that get together for things like this.

I posted them on craigslist and on a Facebook group for the community where these rentals are.

@Charles Worth some of the banks own the auction sites directly or as part of a group from what I understand.  

I coordinate Sub Groups for the Local REIA and would like to extend an invite to come out attend, network and get some great education.Regards,Joe Scorese

Every city has a rei group that you can google and go online to meet investors in that area.

I'd suggesting avoiding REIA groups that charge membership fees, or any "educational" classes that people are trying to make money at.  

Hi, Just thought I'd respond to the "where's the BP meetup" I believe they are referring to the Rarebird meeting Oct. 12th, I'm new to BP as well and am looking forward to going to this I've heard great things about this group!
