Hello guys,

My name is Jon and I'm new to bigger pockets. I have been addicted to there podcast, and website. I currently have 1 rental property (sfr) and I'm now in a position to start expanding my portfolio. I would love to find some positive people who wouldn't mind sharing info, or even mentoring to some extent. I would love to sit down will some experienced  people and or find some groups in my area that get together for things like this. If anyone has any tips for finding any of the above please let me know!! Also if anyone know a really good agent in the Puyallup Wa area that has a lot of experience with investors I would love to know.

Thanks Again!!
