Would expect vacancy to be slightly less than 10% and maintenance and cap ex to be closer to 15.

I absolutely love the Rimforest neighborhood, very close to Gregory and arrowhead, the most accessible and closer to skiing than arrowhead or crest line , but I see what you’re saying about rental preference and what they search for.
