When buying with an investors money, should you form a joint LLC?

I been wanting to start in this but financial reason I feel are holding me back I work 40+ hours weeks and genuinely be so tired and I have bills to pay so it’s like I can never win I didn’t have a car I just bought one cause it was needed.
