Any insight, suggestions, tips from experienced/seasoned RE professionals to help me build a transition plan while at the same time closing deals?

I knew I was coming up on my 24 hours so i went and was going to roll the lift down the ramp,,,,,and like a dummy I pulled it instead of pushing,,wheels got caught on the top, it tipped over and landed on top of me...

The only issue the I have and from what I see almost everyone has, is lack of funds.Thanks for the tips

However, there really were a lot of useful tips and I took pages of notes on everything including tax and legal help.

I missed part of the question- I look in all the states west of a line drawn from about Michigan down to the tip of the Florida panhandle.
