Hello From Phoenix and San Diego!

Hi my name is Andrew, and I know what you might be thinking. Phoenix and San Diego?? How is he in two cities 350 miles apart. Well it all goes back to the reason why we all do what we do... Love.  I currently live in San Diego with my Fiance and future step daughter but I work in Phoenix. I am a Firefighter for a suburb of Phx which with my schedule allows me to commute to and from San Diego. In Phoenix I have been a firefighter for 8 years and a real estate agent in phx for going on 5 years now. I have been on agent for many investor clients but never was able to pull the trigger on my own investments. Im tired of standing on the sidelines of the investor game.  Im also currently working on getting my CA real estate license as I truly enjoy working real estate from all angles. I have been listening to Bigger pockets podcast during my commute which has brought me to the forums and finally putting my introduction post up!!

Im currently really drawn to fix and flips but not sure if my markets support that investing strategy right now. Im truly open and willing to learn whatever I can to become a better real estate agent and Investor!

I look forward to growing and learning all I can on my real estate investing journey!
