Andres, you got the right idea, the first thing, probably to late but, is that you should find a person to help you in the area that you are in.

yes prices will go back up, but from what I have been seeing lately I would have to say that it will take some time until that takes full effect.I have seen properties take a $150K hit in the last year and are still not moving after four months of being on the market, so you tell me!

BK counselors, Repay/Mod counselors, DIL counselors,... well you get the point.We handle all the negotiations from start to finish.

Also the investor needs to make updates on properties like a property that needs marble instead of ceramic. or finished w/o basements instead of unfinished.I am looking for the HML that can get this done.

I just hate having to tell these desperate homeowners its too late to help them.

I agree with Flipper about spraying on a knockdown finish on the paneling.
