Great way to engage with and meet other real estate investors in the twin cities ranging from all levels of experience.

Couple ideas that come to mind on my end:- Hard money lenders... the interest rate would be less favorable but it is faster and more flexible.

- What level of rent decreases can you sustain if new units become available?

Build you network of PL's and you can get better rates, faster decisions (hours or a couple of days at most), no fees, no underwriting, no personal guarantees, close fast.

I couldn’t agree more and it seems like many of the trial level judges do not even understand the law!

And if they aren’t scamming then they are level 13 psychos that will ask you to bend over backwards for them and then give you a bad review because they don’t like the shade of paint color in the guest bathroom.

I don't know for sure, but it sounds like an assessor's notation for a mid-level 4-plex, but if you'll PM me the address, I'll pull the field card or public record to see if I can verify it.
