The CPA and the attorney have since passed away.We are familiar of the double taxation in the c Corp and we can move into an escort but then we will not be able to sell it for five years due to the IRS “look back” Process and if we do we would then be assessed Secord’s taxes after the five years we would be taxed as an S Corp.The question is, in reviewing the documents and inquiring with the county which the farm is actually in, the deed that is on file is the quick claim deed from my father’s trust to both my brother and I.

At the time, had he bought 2 of them all cash, he could've retired at age 33.I was 10 years older, at the time, I was married, and all my married friends were struggling with mortgages, car payments, credit cards, and my brother goes around paying cash for everything, i.e. house, car.

Many will say their eventual commission is their incentive and this is simply the nature of their work, but something like a gas card would help let them know you appreciate their hard work and should be pretty universally accepted as opposed to trying to guess what restaurants they might like/stores they might shop at.
