It also depends on the age of those you come in contact with.....older people may have a better understanding of the circumstances and are less likely to show as much distain as younger people might.

My business is different (financial advisor branch) but the qualities needed to succeed are the same, with the exception of any construction knowledge... and maybe age as mine is a tougher business for someone in their early 20's.The reason it's tough to find the person is there is almost nothing on a resume that speaks to what you know is needed for success in this.
