I'll do a 4 urban Townhome development deal and put in $140,000 for the acquisition downpayment on a HML and $45,000 in soft costs like site plan, survey, geotech, engineering, working drawings, permits, etc.

Hi everyone my name is Carson Hess and I am a current engineering student looking to purchase a rental property in the central New Jersey area within the next year.  

The home has all approved home plans, engineer, soil, water, architect & landscaping plans approved (basically the site's been prepped and ready to build).
