Or, you get shoddy work like this and now you can't get your money back.Pay them a little bit of money but only after they buy the materials out of their own pocket and the materials are delivered on site (and you've seen them).

I am planning on a DM campaign at the right time, however this particular question is in regards to me being able to physically deliver a letter to targeted houses.

talk to contractor, landscapers, the mailman, ups drivers and anyone else that will listen.

If your units are small enough to get by on a window unit for cooling, you may be able to avoid installing additional ductwork to deliver heat and air conditioning.

 $1 Billion+ in construction projects delivered, and years later I am rusty about how to source new construction and general contracting leads..  

It's not the only economic driver but it helps.

I am at the property at least 3 times a week checking contractors work, delivering materials, and making sure everything stays on schedule.
