When you start messing with the actual language of the lease, you run the risk of putting something in there that isn't legal or at least hasn't been vetted by the attorney that originally drafted it.

for new construction development extra.. it makes a HUGE difference I can tell you.. and I had 30 million out with them that I used to loan to flippers and I made the delta.. that was in my HML company and that was 5 different banks all same facilities..

Hello all is anyone familiar with H.A.N.D.S (Housing and Neighborhood Development services) It's a Orange county down payment assistance program (Florida) but I'm not sure how many or if many lenders deal with this type of program and was wondering if anyone have a bit more information on this Also I'm trying to buy a house and I'm ready as far as credit (FICO) score it's 739 also this would be my frist house and want to stay around 150K range.

Yes, you need to see if there is a recorded easement/agreement and also read the language in the two deeds.....both should be available online.
