@Matthew Paul  engineer should have caught this.. if this has been tried twice before then there is probably a file on the last two developers who tried it and the county would have a file perhapsAlso... a title report would have shown the ingress egress and no description for utls..

I think maybe I should've been a little more descriptive.

Fiji is full of opportunity, and I have met a few Americans who come over with the sole intent to invest. 

I made sure to give her a detailed description of what I was looking for, my price ranges, as well as a basic idea of what I was hoping to accomplish.

I don't know the particulars of the lease yet, it is just in the house description.

I met a new wholesaler recently that had a tri-plex right outside of Knoxville for 80k.

I would just be highly descriptive- Size- Adjacent land- Stores, schools, community centers etc aroundand so on...

On the rto thing, I met a lady at a reia breakfast about 5 years back.

I have met a few people who have invested with this organization over the years and the "club" organizer would often post on this forum on posts when people were looking for REICs in Bakersfield.  

Based on your description, it'd likely be considered damages.
