Can you manage a rehab?  

I’m interested in expanding my own portfolio but I am really eager to help other investors manage their property and co-host with them!

Or a just a LLC as property management company not sure because my whole purpose is to be working for the business.

What's your experience owning and/or managing this asset & how did you arrive at your return calculations?

Hello Lucas,Another strategy you could consider would be passive investing in real estate till you are ready to actively own and manage.
