I understand the thinking of the HOA, denying use of HOA assets if the fees aren't paid, but IMO, there is a collection line crossed by putting you or the property in danger and undue hardships in the collection of HOA fees.

Lots of ways to agree there.Long term leases can be assumable, "subject to owner's approval, such approval not being unreasonably denied" is standard language.

I could not confirm or deny if the home had aluminum wiring- it's 1960 construction date falls a bit before the typical mid 60's-late 70s dates for aluminum, so I suspect it does not but you can never be too careful.

It has Lender A in the contract but things did not work out well with himand I had approached another lender, who I was workning with, but my Loan got denied with Lender B.
