It's been good for us, but very trying at times, and if we didn't have an element of trying to make the world a better place, probably not our best path.Agree with others that you should do your due diligence to look at surrounding sales prices and rents independently, and also see his books/tax returns.

Make sure you test an inconspicuous area first to see if this recipe does any damage to the stone.Someone spilled butter on my freshly installed granite counters, and this trick pulled the oils out of the counter for me.
