It has been, and will continue to be, a great learning and sharing platform here on BiggerPockets. 

After having listened to the podcast and its various guest, I have glimed some tips that will helpfully inform my trajectory in REI.1) My ultimate goal is to replace my wife's salary within 10 years so that we can replace the time she works with time spent with our kids (don't have them yet but we plan on trying it November so fingers crossed!) 

Setting up that kind of entity/contract isn't worth it at our level.If there is an RE Parnter LLC template we can riff off of and the consult an attorney to cross all of the i's and dot the t's, then that route would seem to make sense to me :-)

I am wondering if anyone has heard about or researched Scott Pickens and Wealth Migrate Real Estate Crowd funding platform?

Well, I found a completely free platform called Tellus where I can completely manage my rental down to collecting rent through the app; they have super quick processing times as well!

This is in one part a way to finance my investing ventures as well as a fall back should everything go South (Fingers crossed).

Fingers crossed this loan happens, it’s a killer rate and will save us a bunch, getting ride of the PIM.

They are a marketing platform and their data is not very accurate.
