This is like asking someone if they liked a movie, unfortunately, two people can walk away with a totally different outcome and view point.. the info at Dave's bootcamp is enough to get someone going and to make offers on up to 200 units and understand what they are doing the whole time, which is really all you need, there are many places, like bigger pockets to get all the information needed to accomplish this same goal, but like following a recipe in a cook book, what is better, the cook book with all the info you need to follow, or the chef standing there next to you making sure you use the exact precise ingredients?

A little back round on me , unfortunately I'm currently in a position when school isn't an option (both my parents don't work, I pay rent,food,bills,etc etc ) at 22 and currently working a dead end job at a pizzeria isn't going to get me the financial freedom I desire so bad.

Off to bank to sign wires  get all my deeds notarized and escrow ( sell docs) back in fed ex all done by 1pmWholefoods to buy what I am going to cook for dinner..

I've never had personal experience with doing so but I can tell you that we bought a place where an old trailer used to sit and they were cooking meth in it and got busted (trailer was moved before we bought it).

But i'm very good at saving money, i actually save between 50 to 60% of my income each months by choosing to live in my dads house ( i pay him a little, and share the food i buy sometimes).

Just food for thought.
