So, can you please recommend some contractors that are good, economical, and can be part of the team that I am building for all my future deals.

Lowes is starting to shut down underperforming stores, so well, the one's who are LAZY (or incompetent like the one you are using) like one of them I pass up, probably will shut down as I and other investors or contractor's go 20 miles down the road.Next prepay all of your materials in batches since the list expires quickly. 

Does anyone have any contractors that they recommend?

I relied too much on my contractor and didnt hold him accountable enough.

make sure you get a licensed and insured contractor

I know several contractors and handymen so if you give me a brief scope, I would be happy to recommend some.

HiWe're building 2-bedroom apartments in Gravenhurst, Ontario and looking for contractors to finish interior framing, bathroom & kitchen renovation, flooring, etc. 

I am trying to find a few things. 1st thing is does anyone know a great contractor in the Copperas Cove, TX area who could potentially provide a rehab estimate and that someone has worked with before? 

Have a few contractors take a look for input and advice.
