At the very least, if they called you I imagine that opens the door for you to attempt a generic text message back to that same number to attempt to continue the conversation....As far as what to say if you DO get into a conversation with them, you can maybe say something to the effect of, "I'm particularly interested in houses in your neighborhood, because of __________(Location is good, close to a hospital, XYZ, blahblahblah).

He then proceeded to make the problem go away.We continue to work profitably together quite a few years later.

He is requesting for Proof Of Funds and Iw as wondering if there is some alternative to having him continue to be motivated to sign this so I can wholesale it off without the POF

This trend is expected to continue for years to come.

I'm continually educating myself on the best point of entry.

A lot has changed over the past few weeks and I am continually becoming more determined and motivated to start investing in rental properties.  

Network with the brokers while continuing to educate yourself through books, podcasts and networking with other investors. 

I am interested in OOS and the BRRRR method and will continue to gain the knowledge necessary to move forward in my journey.I welcome any advice, and I'm looking forward to networking and making connections with other investors and professionals.
