And some jurisdictions require that we remove content when requested.

@Austin Martinez, check out @Matthew Porcaro, he's a wealth of knowledge in the 203K space(he has tons of free content that can show you how to find a 203k lender in your area). 

Consume content like crazy.

I plan on posting a lot of content on the local ordinances as more and more townships are putting a line in the sand.

And once you are at that level, is it then somewhat on autopilot, or do you have to continue to create content all the time?
