Charles Jarrod Henderson Do i essestinally need two seperate Deeds?

So I understand that after paying the Delinquent Taxes to the Alabama Revenue Commission and they send me a TAX DEED the owner whom still has rightful title to the property still will have their interest into the property no matter if the minimum three years delinquent or 30 years.... that being said if I contact them first or after I have paid the taxes and the are willing to sell and sign a purchase agreement for whatever price or terms, do I then have to write up a Deed with them to submit to the county.. because then that makes me think I would be doing Deeds back to back which maybe is the normal process..or will their signing of a purchase agreement be significant enough for me to then go ahead and sell my Tax Deed.
