@Robert Johnson I'm not a tax or financial expert, but from my recent experience dealing with lenders, they require documentation of some sort, often in the form of current lease agreements, to prove that income is consistent.

The total profit in a DST consists of Yield (typically 5-10% annual), appreciation (typically a few % annually), and principal paydown (often 3-4% annually after any interest-only period). 

He also loves photography and consistently uses that for the business.As advised in above comments, continue with your passions, but keep in mind that you will have to systematize the process to teach someone else to do it.

as stated above a snap shot of your current balance on your statement with number redakted works 99% of the time.Other wise just get a stock letter.. thats what i have..

If the existing flooring was completely shot, then I would not have rented the property in that condition.

As i am going over the material it seems to me after the training they will present their coaching programs or some sort of program to help jump start your RE investment path with them. the program seemed like it was packed with a lot of info so I thought itll be worth a shot to hear but any tips, pointers or things i should expect when attending these seminars? 

Is this consistent with what everyone else is seeing?
