The most impressive building is the lodge, a massive 17,000-square-foot space designed by Glenn Marchbanks Jr. complete with a commercial kitchen, a dining room for 100 people, a 3,000-square-foot great room, and a 5,200-square-foot conference hall.

It takes networking at REIA meetings, meetups and real estate conferences.  

Some of that money also ended up going toward extending my networking efforts by going to conferences, and some coaching in the wholesaling space.

I attended a conference call that as an investor sounded interesting.

It seems to me that commercial wholesaling would involve a lot of conference rooms and suit and ties rather than the relaxed nature as Residential Wholesaling.

I was thinking a conference style call every 2 weeks or so, then maybe an annual get together weekend or something like that!
