Denigrating people, people who are professionals and do this day in and day out,  who work in real estate who may or may not have investment properties because they have found other ways to increase their wealth in this industry, who take time out of their day to answer your inane question about whether you should commit fraud or not is rude. 

Also the added networking opportunities it provides by being around industry professionals constantly was another huge bonus.

The reason why they're inexpensive and competitive for private "insurance" is because they don't accept everyone.

There is no competition.

This will leave my current portfolio at 15 units all located in Milwaukee, WI.In no way am I tuting my horn, this is to show new-comers, like me, with the right education and hard work you can achieve good returns in this industry.

I love the Brooklyn Park area in Baltimore, there are some good houses for rehabs and competitive prices.

Competition is what keeps the prices down and keeps everyone honest.

Hello everyone,I am wondering what other landlords are doing to make sure their insurance rates are competitive.

Maybe the real estate agent job should be the side job - consider that getting your feet off the ground can be rough and you may not make it (plenty of people fail since it is highly competitive and doesn't often come with a salary).
