Tracy, I appreciate the opinion.Bigger Pockets community, would still love to have input on how to file a quiet title pro se, I'm a good listener and learner.

BP has been an amazing source for me so far, and I really look forward to contributing to this community.  

But if its community state that's makes difference ( OH is not one of the community state).

Hello BP Community,I am a Houston resident and am looking to acquire a few investment properties over the next 6-12 months through my LLC (formed in Ohio). 

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets Community and to connect with fellow members. 

What's up BiggerPockets -I have been lurking on BP for a while, and I figured it was time to get more involved in the community.

It makes me feel excited to be a member of this community!

I have been a huge fan of this community for years and now have decided to become an active member.

I have successfully completed my first BRRRR and I have learned so much.For starters I just wanted to thank the entire BP community for the invaluable help that has come my way in the form of the forums, local meetups and especially the podcasts.
